Standard Fees for Service

On-Site Service - $75 for the 1st hour, then $50/hour

Travel fee for greater than 15 minutes from Norwood, PA = $25 per 15 minutes

In-Shop or Remote Access Service = $50/hour

For desktop computers all we need is the tower and the original CD's that came with the computer. For laptops we also need the power cord and any original CD's. Unless special parts are needed, we usually have your computer repaired in 3 days or less.

Emergency Response - add $25 to the above fees

At times you may need a repair without any delay. In order to receive this service, an "Emergency Response" fee will apply.

Payment is due when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed upon using any of the following: Cash, Check, or PayPal
