We are having fun getting used to our "new" computer - thanks for all your work and effort that went into getting us up and running.  Don LOVES his new Ebay capabilities.  Dot & Don

I was on my computer that has been active for the past 3 years. When purchased, it was fast, very fast. It has been used by both my son and myself almost everyday since then. As time went by I did as much maintenance as I knew how to do, and tried to keep up with things. Steadily though the computer did become slower. Finally I clicked inadvertently on a site and there was a virus that took over the computer leaving it useless. I shut it off within a half hour of this and called you. You went right to work and started getting rid of the virus. After about an hour you had that one under control and started to run tests to determine if anymore of them were imbedded in my computer. You left and continued to monitor the progress from your home office and after about 8 hours called to inform me that my computer now had a clean bill of health and that 32, yes that is thirty-two viruses had been discovered by you and had now been controlled or destroyed. I went up to go on line and into my E-Mail and found that the computers speed was now back to what it was when purchased and brand new. Thank you Dean and thank your staff who I am sure worked as hard on my computer's health as you did when you were here. Excellent job by all. I highly recommend your company to anyone who needs help restoring their computer to like knew condition and speed. H.T. Gibbs

Each month when I do our “scheduled monthly maintenance” that you set up for us, I am so grateful for this routine.  It is so easy and convenient to do the way you set it up for us.  I do it with in the first few days of each month faithfully and it is pretty much a “no-brainer” .  I do not know of anyone else who has such a handy way to keep their computer running well, unless it has been set up that way by you.  I feel very safe when I see each month what has been “caught” by some of the detection programs that you have installed and although it has been over a year, when you came by for an annual computer check up, there was very little that you had to do, as the computer was running nearly flawlessly.
Having had a computer for many years and having had many viruses and issues prior to contracting with you, we feel very confident that your scheduling us to do some very simple steps each month, clearly outlined, has kept our computer running so smoothly and quickly.  Thanks again ever so much.  Joyce & John
