A little over a year ago, I signed a contract with Alexander’s Computer Services (ACS). Prior to this, I depended on an extremely knowledgeable client of mine to provide troubleshooting and technical support. His work was excellent, but he became less and less available when I needed him. I was introduced to Dean Alexander through another one of my clients. At first, I wasn’t sure that anyone else was going to be able to help me with my technical issues because they always seem to be so unique and puzzling. Being technically unsophisticated, I also didn’t want to work with someone who was constantly going to be talking down to me. To my surprise, every instance I’ve had with Dean or any of his staff has always been pleasant, polite, patient, and productive. I have yet to bring them a technical issue they have not been able to solve. They never speak over my head, and they don’t treat me like I’m an annoyance to them. They truly do live up to their business model. They know how to solve problems. They solve them quickly and they allow customers to retain their dignity throughout the process. They genuinely seem as committed to solving my technical problems as I am and they don’t stop until they’ve done so. As a coach, I use ACS’ business model to teach other business owners how to clearly state the purpose of their business and their benefits to customers as ACS does. When it came time to renew my contract with ACS, it was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever made because I always get great service and great value from the staff, regardless of which person answers the phone. To be fair, since 2004 we have logged 24 clients out of over 1,500 that were not pleased with our services and will not return.
